My card has expired while I am outside Canada. What to do?

Once you have acquired permanent resident status in Canada you have to apply for a Permanent Resident card. ( e.g. initial, renewal or replacement for a stolen or lost card).

You have to complete required documentation and submit the application along with CAD $50.00 processing fee.
